
My name is Katie Snow, and I’m an integrative therapist dedicated to supporting women through life’s challenges. I primarily work with adult women navigating anxiety, ADHD and autism, attachment wounds, low self-esteem, and the lasting impact of abuse. I occasionally work with male clients whose therapy needs align with these areas. My approach is collaborative and flexible, blending evidence-based tools with deeper emotional exploration to meet your unique needs. In our sessions, you’ll find a warm, grounded space where you can feel understood, heal from past experiences, and begin to rebuild self-worth. Together, we’ll focus on developing self-compassion, strengthening resilience, and creating the foundations for a more confident and empowered life.

It is very different for everyone. It begins with talking and me getting to know more about you. I go at your pace and don't 'pry' or 'force' you to talk about anything. Some people prefer a directed and structured approach with goals being set and other people prefer to talk and explore what comes out and bring dreams, spirituality or any other issues into the 'room'.
With over six years of experience as a therapist, I am deeply passionate about empowering and supporting women through life’s varied challenges. I recognise that being a woman is a diverse and multifaceted experience, and I warmly welcome all who identify as women, including those assigned female at birth, trans women, and non-binary individuals who feel aligned with women-centred support. Although my focus is on women, I occasionally work with men whose therapeutic needs fit well with my specialisms in attachment, self-esteem, trauma, and relationship patterns. When I feel a different therapist would be a better match, I am always happy to offer referrals.
